Shipments
Your pack shipment
All orders before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday are sent same day. If it is after 3pm your order will be processed and shipped the next available working day. There are several shipping options depending on your location. We do not ship to the United States.
All packages are discreet in plain padded envelopes or small brown boxes and do not have any descriptive writing or logos, simply your name and address. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if you have paid for tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Any import taxes or clearance charges in your country we will not accept liability for and you are responsible for paying them and you are also responsible clearing the goods if they are held up a customs.
Due to the nature of perishable items we do not accept returns.
